Movie lovers that happen to be cinema buffs may soon be flocking to luxury London hotels to book a table at Dorsia – based on exclusive eatery in the infamous American Psycho story.
Recreating the opulent, lavish lifestyles of the yuppie-dominated 1980s, Dorsia is situated in South Kensington and has taken over a Georgian town house.
The venue features an Italian marble staircase leading up to the dining room, where hungry patrons are greeted by a lavish interior decor filled with art from Soho's Whisper Gallery.
A crystal chandelier overlooks the room, while tables are draped in white linen and chairs match the richly coloured surroundings by being a subtle off-brown.
"On the menu this (and every) evening, there's a home-cured salmon with teriyaki sauce, citrus air, and tomato & coriander jelly to start (the roasted scallops with crispy pancetta & pea foam is outrageous here)," reported Thrillist London.
"For mains may we suggest the venison with chilli and chocolate pudding, or perhaps the pigeon with pomme dauphinoise," the group added.
Visitors can pick up a cocktail at the onyx-topped bar, while the basement level features an exclusive members club area with its own dance floor, DJ booth and bar, as well as smoking terrace outside.
The venue has already attracted celebrity visitors, with Prince Harry's former girlfriend Chelsy Davy spotted leaving Dorsia on October 18th.
She was joined by a host of familiar faces to celebrate the opening of the members club, such as the cast of Made in Chelsea and Calum Best.
