London has a reputation for being one of the greatest cities in the world when it comes to live music, with all of the biggest artists making sure to include a stop in the British capital when touring the globe.
With venues like Wembley Stadium and Wembley Arena, the O2 Arena, several O2 Academies (including those in Brixton and Islington) and a number of huge parks – like Hyde Park, Victoria Park and Finsbury Park – there's no shortage of world-class concert venues in the city.
It should therefore come as no surprise to hear that many of the brightest stars in world music are set to play in the city this year, and if you'd like to be in the crowd when your favourite act rolls into town then you'll have to keep an eye out for any ticket details, as things tend to sell out pretty fast.
For example, if you're a fan of pop superstar Lady Gaga then you may want to put February 8th in your diary, as that's the day that tickets go on sale for her upcoming show at the O2 Arena.
For one night only on October 23rd, the First Lady of pop will be strutting her stuff on stage in London, and as anyone who has ever seen her play live before will know, her shows are always memorable.
Her last major concert in the capital, for example, took place back in 2011 and involved a set that included things like motorbike pianos, sofas made out of meat, a full size castle and more.
With massive hits like Poker Face, Bad Romance, Paparazzi and The Edge of Glory in her repertoire – among many others, of course – Lady Gaga has risen to the very pinnacle of the musical hierarchy in recent years, so be sure to act fast if you want to get tickets for this show.
