Guests staying in luxury London hotels this coming week are set for a treat as the city hosts the London Cocktail Week until October 16th.
Visitors can take up plenty of offers on various cocktail-based events across the capital, with hopeful attendees advised to apply online for a £10 wristband that will secure them access to all revelry.
More than 100 London bars will take part in the cocktail celebrations, mixing their own bespoke drinks at a knock-down price of only £4.
There will even be a dedicated bus, a repurposed classic routemaster, to shuttle drinkers between venues across the city.
"Like no other place, London's drinking scene articulates our modern golden age of cocktails – and throughout the week, over one hundred of the city's best bars will be throwing open their doors for our brilliant Cocktail Tours," commented organisers.
Other events on offer include masterclasses, tutored tastings, film screenings, lunches, dinners and cocktail parties.
The week kicks off with The Whiskey Show offering tastings taking place in Vinpololis near London Bridge.
Additionally, visitors can take part in cocktail safaris, such as the Rum Trail which will include a walking tour off five bars in the Notting Hill area serving Havana Club cocktails.
"Guests will explore specific eras of Havana's classic cocktail culture – learning about the bars, bartenders, cocktails and customers of the age," commented the group.
"As well as each bar's signature cocktail, you'll also taste each of the Havana Club rums and at the final venue there'll be food and more partying."
