In recent years, London has gained a reputation as one of the top cities on the planet for music festivals, with parks across the capital hosting events like Wireless Festival and several others becoming hugely popular over the past few summers.
Among the most critically acclaimed of all is the Lovebox Weekender, which has been running for a number of years and predates many of the other festivals that now take place around the city.
Tickets for this year's Lovebox have now gone on sale, so anyone who wants to be present at what is sure to be one of the top musical events of the summer should act now, because if history is anything to go by then it won't be long before it sells out.
Held in Victoria Park in East London, the festival will feature stages hosted by the likes of Red Bull Music Academy, Soundcrash, Crack Magazine and Annie Mac Presents.
As fans have come to expect, Lovebox will once again bring some of the top acts in the world to the British capital, with a star-studded line-up set to take to the stage on July 18th and 19th.
Among the headliners of this year's festival are dub-step superstars Chase & Status, as well as British urban artist MIA, not to mention international acts like the Martinez Brothers and a range of others.
Victoria Park is close to several major tube stations, including Mile End, which can be reached in just 15 minutes from the Montcalm Hotel on the Central Line.
Generally considered to be one of the most attractive parks in London, this 40-acre green space is flanked by the beautiful Regents Canal, making it a great place for a stroll in the summer sunshine.
If you've never visited the park before then the Lovebox Weekender will provide the perfect opportunity to do so.
