Viva Forever! officially opens in London on December 11th and is perfect for Spice Girl fans staying in central London hotels over Christmas.
The much-anticipated musical has been written by Jennifer Saunders and will feature many of the girl band's most famous songs.
Last week saw details of the cast released ahead of the preview performances that are already taken place and tickets are already on sale to the public.
The musical will tell the story of a group of friends who enter a television talent show and the impact it has on their personal lives. The lead role of Viva will be played by West End debutant Hannah John-Kamen and the rest of the cast is a mix of big theatre names and relatively undiscovered talent.
Producer Judy Craymer explained: "We're very excited to be working with such a fabulous group of actors – not only does the cast include some of the most accomplished performers in British musical theatre, but we've discovered some wonderful newcomers as well.
"The story is not about the Spice Girls but rather a contemporary comedy musical with a funny and clever script by Jennifer, which is charged with all the energy and attitude of the girls themselves."
Tickets start from £57 and the musical is taking place at London's Piccadilly Theatre in the heart of the West End.
The Spice Girls are regarded as one of the most successful girl groups of all time and have sold more than 75 million records worldwide. The new musical is set to include some of their biggest hits including Say You’ll Be There, Spice Up Your Life and Who Do You Think You Are.
