Eileen Fisher opens two London stores
Visitors staying in luxury London hotels may want to relax and indulge in some retail therapy at two new stores by American designer Eileen Fisher.
Having become a cult style icon in the United States, Eileen Fisher is known for simple, classic womenswear.
Making use Fairtrade, natural fabrics, the range of clothing has become hugely successful in North America with over 56 stores opening across the country since the company's founding in 1984.
"We're very happy to announce the opening of our two new London stores at Covent Garden and Marylebone High Street," commented the company. "Items from our fall and winter collections are on sale now."
Additionally, Eileen Fisher has announced that it will be hosting opening parties with ten per cent of the proceeds going to benefit the Rosa Fund - a UK fund for women and girls.
"Rosa is the first UK-wide fund for women and girls," added the company. "She helps support the ideas of women and girls, and encourages investment in solutions to tackle the issues that affect them."
Founded in 2008, Rosa has raised money to support grass roots movements working with young girls on body image and has helped many other causes.
The first party in support of the charity will take place on November 10th, with guests promised a night of fashion and champagne.
Goody bags will also be provided on a first come first serve basis, and hopeful a attendees need to print off an invitation from the company's site.
