Harrods opens new Beauty Apothecary
Guests planning luxury breaks in London have probably added a trip to the world famous Harrods department store to their itinerary already.
But now there's even more reason to go shopping in the extravagant outlet, as it has just welcomed a new Beauty Apothecary to the ground floor.
Described as the "go-to destination" for beauty addicts, the area will be selling the latest and greatest health and beauty products on the market.
It includes techno beauty zone "bursting with top of the range gadgetry" like Slendertone Face, Clarisonic and Baby Quasar.
As well as classic products from time-honoured brands, the Beauty Apothecary will also be selling new launches and never-before-seen offerings.
These will include innovative items from Acqua di Parma and Molton Brown, which will also be launching a fine fragrance collection exclusively for Harrods.
Beauty expert Annalise Quest will be leading the team responsible tor the new "cosmetics mecca" and will be working hard to bring customers the absolute best.
Harrods boasts an expansive beauty store on the ground floor, offering cosmetics, skincare, hair care, fragrances and lifestyle products.
Some of its most popular luxury brands include Chanel, Estee Lauder and Creme de la Mer, the name behind the anti-aging elixir that so many women swear by.
The department store also sells a wide variety of designer clothing for men, women and children, as well as shoes, accessories, food and wine and homewares.
The launch of the new Beauty Apothecary comes after Harrods announced the opening of a pop-up restaurant from Michelin-starred The French Laundry on October 1st for ten days.
Guests booking luxury suites in London during this time could make a day of their Harrods shopping trip with lunch at the eatery before shopping for beauty essentials and other luxury items in the afternoon.
