Spa Facilities

Spa at The Montcalm is an oasis of calm and tranquillity away from the hustle and bustle of London's busy streets. It features four treatment rooms and a fully equipped fitness centre, with a sauna and steam room, monsoon shower, spa pool and exercise pool.

Sauna

Our Swedish sauna with its' dry heat and low humidity with temperatures between 80-90°C, helps the body and mind de-stress, offering a sense of well-being, promoting relaxation and giving a glowing radiance.

Steam Room

With temperatures between 43-46°C and 100% humidity, the steam room at The Montcalm London Marble Arch will detoxify your body, relax the muscles, and reduce joint tension, leaving you feeling revitalised and rejuvenated.

Monsoon Shower

With 50 litres of water per minute pouring over you, our Monsoon Shower will soothe and refresh your mind, body and soul. The shower's thermostatic control allows you to choose hot or invigoratingly cold water at the press of a button.

The Pool

Whether you're looking for a full work-out, or just a quick splash and soak, the pool is sure to fulfil your needs.
